Re: California Proposition 65
To the best of our knowledge Arlington Industries, Inc. complies with the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65).
It must be noted that some of the materials used by Arlington Industries, Inc. in its products may contain small amounts of the substances listed in California Proposition 65. The amounts of the substances are trace amounts and are well below the maximum threshold quantities allowed by The Act.
To the best of our knowledge we have been unable to identify any materials we use in our products that would warrant the use of warning labels/markings as required by Proposition 65. Although this may change in the future, we will address changes accordingly on a timely basis.
Based on the above facts, we are at this time not providing warning labels on any of our products. We will continue to monitor the requirements from the State of California.
